Durango Colorado is located in the southwest corner of the state and surrounded by two million acres of public lands and access to a multitude of four-season activities. Durango is also home to the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and serves as the gateway to Mesa Verde National Park. Mesa Verde’s cliff dwellings are world renown. The park was named first place for historic destinations by Condé Nast Traveler. Awarded the National Trust for Historic Preservation 2007 America’s Dozen Distinctive Destinations. Durango is an excellent choice for group tours, family reunions, weddings and group gatherings of all types.
