The new hotel anchoring Cincinnati, Ohio’s transformed Downtown Convention District will be a Marriott, says Visit Cincy.
The Marriott Headquarters Hotel is due to begin construction sometime in the third quarter of this year and will be located to the south and across the street of the city’s new convention center, which will be directly reachable via a skywalk. The hotel will join 14 properties in the area with a combined 3,000-plus rooms available for convention and downtown guests. The Marriott will offer 700 rooms, 62,000 square feet of meeting space, and a 17,000-square-foot events terrace. It’s also expected to feature a full-service restaurant and outdoor bar, highlighted by panoramic views of downtown Cincinnati. The $536 million property is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2028.
