Take a trip to the early 1970s when you explore the Allman Brothers Band Museum at the Big House, a two-story tribute to the Allman Brothers Band. This historic Tudor home that housed the Allman Brothers and their families has been renovated into a jam-packed, interactive museum complete with a re-creation of Duane Allman’s bedroom and room after room that showcases the instruments and memorabilia from the original band and beyond.

The former Capricorn Sound Studios has been fully restored as Mercer Music at Capricorn, offering two recording studios, a music incubator for aspiring young musicians and an interpretive area that tells the story of Capricorn and Macon’s music heritage through historic artifacts, static exhibits and interactive digital kiosks.
