Many Tennessee attractions will reopen to the public this month with new rules and regulations in place that will keep visitors safe.
The Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga will begin a phased reopening to the public starting with unique experiences available for members starting June 12–14. The aquarium will close for a few days to prepare for the reopening to the general public on June 18.
“We have worked meticulously on a phased reopening plan that is aligned with all health guidance,” said Tennessee Aquarium President & CEO Keith Sanford.
In Pigeon Forge, Dollywood Parks & Resorts will start reopening beginning with Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort & Spa on June 10.
“We are excited to get open and to welcome families back to the Great Smokey Mountains,” said Dolly Parton.
Dollywood Theme Park and Dollywood’s Splash Country Water Park open June 15 and 16 for season pass guests. Both parks will open to the general public on June 17.
In addition, Pirates Voyage in Pigeon Forge sets sail again on June 10. This pirate show provides guests with a four-course meal while they watch battles on deck, see live animals and enjoy an original music score by Dolly Parton and Mark Brymer.
