CELEBRATE

In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, Old Town Alexandria will serve as a celebratory hub. From June 12-14, the city will host Sails on the Potomac, a festival that honors Alexandria’s role in helping construct the foundation of the Revolution through music, family activities, exhibits, tours, public art, and educational programs. Alexandria also is closely associated with President George Washington, making it a truly special place to honor the birth of the nation.
